All our Luxury Candles are hand-poured and shipped from Arlington, VA. Orders which are in stock, processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, and quintessentially ship out within 1-3 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has shipped.
Current process time for shipping is 1-2 business days. A tracking notification will be sent to your email once your item has been shipped. Please contact us via email if you require international rates.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. We ship to US residential addresses and are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
International orders carrier may vary (UPS, DHL).
There may be various reasons why, you may not have received your items, within the applicable standard timeframe.
Please be cognizant within the USA, expect 4-10 business days to get your order. Our normal process time is 1-2 business days. Be certain to add the shipping time.
All domestic orders will include a tracking number. You can check the status of your order by following the link indicated on your order confirmation email.

After receiving your shipping notification, it takes approximately 24 hours for your tracking number to become active. Allowing the package to be obtained and scanned at USPS (domestic). International carrier (International).
If an item is marked as delivered and you have not received it, please see the suggestions bullet below:
· Validate that your shipping address is correct (correct name indicated on the mailbox).
· Verify that no one else may have received/ retrieved your package (roommate, family
member, neighbor, concierge, lockbox, etc.)
· Visit your local post office, provide your tracking number. Verifying if they (USPS) are holding your item or have any further information.
· If it has been 21 days after shipment and you have completed all 3 steps indicated above. DESIGNS MKA LLC apologizes in advance. Please contact us via email.
Shipping carriers are doing their best to deliver packages within a timely manner. However, delays may occur. Thank you for your patience.
When purchasing during a sale or holiday. Please allow an extra couple days for your order to ship. Due to our increased orders.
DESIGNS MKA LLC Candles carefully inspect all products prior to shipping. Due to the nature of our products’, used candles are unable to be returned or refunded. However, we will replace, or refund products that have been damaged during shipment. If photographic proof of damage is submitted to universekak@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
